Jon Scott Fox the Featured Speaker at the Washington State Bail Agents Association Conference

Jon Scott Fox was the featured speaker at the annual conference of the Washington State Bail Agents Association (WSBAA) held on November 5, 2005, in Mt. Vernon, Washington. The conference was attended by bail agents who have provided services to individuals arrested for DUI whether Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, or other locations throughout Washington state. Mr. Fox, the only DUI attorney presenting at the event, discussed the DUI defense attorney's perspective about Washington state's complex drunk driving laws, field sobriety testing, the controversial DataMaster breath testing device now used throughout the state, and other issues arising from an arrest or conviction for DUI.
