John Scott Fox is a Featured Speaker at the DUI Forum Update for Judges

Jon Scott Fox was a featured speaker at the September, 2006, Kennewick session of the DUI Update Forum attended by district and municipal court judges. Mr. Fox's presentation covered current issues regarding the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus field sobriety test and also the legality of police detentions based upon alleged "lane travel" violations. The seminar was attended by judges from various counties throughout Washington state.
